FOOD DELIVERY
Delivery within Metro Phoenix area: $15.00
Delivery outside of Metro Phoenix area is charged $5.00 for each additional town to destination
Includes paper plates, cutlery packs and paper napkins.
Any necessary condiments provided to compliment your food order
If you do not choose to utilize paper products or condiments, there is no discount offered
Set-up of food at location includes same as above for delivery plus an additional 18% charge of total cost of food order.
